My name is Colette Theriault and I am a pet portraitist and animal and wildlife artist. My love of painting and drawing animals is something I have always been very passionate about.  When painting or drawing my animal portraits, I get so intensely concentrated and captivated by the task before me that I cannot think of anything else. This is my way of relaxing as I lose myself in the act of creation.  No artwork is ever complete until I find it absolutely perfect!  You will see that my original pet portraits and wildlife paintings and drawings are very life-like and realistic,  professionally drawn or painted with unbelievable attention to detail; down to individual hairs. 

Here you will find an online gallery of original custom pencil portraits of pets in both graphite/charcoal and colored pencils, as well as pastel paintings and watercolor or acrylic paintings of pets and other animals and wildlife.  I currently accept commission work for pet portraits, wildlife art, or any other animal artwork you require.
